Can I import existing patient information? If you can get your patient and / or visit information into a Comma Separated File (CSV) then odds are the HIA can import it. The powerful import / export engine allows you to map fields and automatically assign imported patients and visits to a user, clinic, as an archived entry and several other options as well.
Does the HIA allow me to export information? The HIA allows several types of pre-defined exports. You can archive your entire system or any section of the system (Patients, Visits, Users, Options, etc.) Or you can create your own export to get exactly the data you want from the system. You can also export any of the output generated by the system and dictate the general design of the exports using our simple yet powerful template engine implementation. For more advanced exporting we recommend looking into the clinical report creator.
Are any reports or aggregate data available? The HIA comes with a clinical report creator. The report engine comes preloaded with several listing and aggregating reports to be used and learned from. You can create reports that include grouping and filtering easily using the grid display and designer provided.
What if recommended vital indicators are changed? The HIA includes a unique messaging structure to handle this scenario specifically. If the definition of overweight in terms of IBW or BMI is changed, or blood pressure ranges are updated or the system just isn't quite setup to your exact standard you can add / edit and alter visual identifiers and range thresholds for a large number of system generated values. You can additionally change most of the system messages throughout the system to better suit the needs and languages of your patients and staff members.
Is any information collected or transmitted by the HIA software or staff? No patient or personal information is ever collected in any way for any reason by the HIA or the members of our team. The HIA does send an email to our staff containing your version number, trial expiration date, trial start date, ip address, operating system and the username used to load the system if the software is loaded beyond the trial expiration date.
