The HIA includes a simple installation program and enough technical information to get you through most of the installation tasks. That being said every network is unique and every installation for that matter is unique. If you have any questions or support team is here to help. We offer pre-sales email support and post sales phone, email and on-site support service contracts.

If you are doing an installation of multiple locations, multiple servers, more than 10 workstations or synchronization we highly recommend purchasing support hours with your copy of the HIA. Please contact us to get a quote for your particular installation.

Can't I just click install?

If you are running the single version the actual steps are:

Double click the installer then click, Install, Run (wait for the Microsoft installer to finish), click ok, configure HIA installation, ok, ok, run, next, next, next, close.

You now have a working copy of the HIA!

If you are using the Workgroup edition. You must copy the encrypted configuration file and run an eight click installer per workstation.
