All about the options

The HIA was built with the user in mind. The administrator can control many options including:

Program flow
Measurement system
Default print out contents
Report and chart design
Color coded vital information (you set the colors and the thresholds).

The users have a duplicate set of options which they can configure in order to control their individual workflow in the way that works best for them with enhancements for bulk entry vs. day to day patient entry and large organization vs. family clinic. Each user option can be individually enabled or disabled by the administrator.

The user manual details the ins and outs of the user interface, options and general functionality of the HIA. This is manual does not cover administrative or technical functions.

Technical Manual

Implementation guide

The technical manual includes sample network configurations, installation walk-throughs and important pre-installation considerations. A must read for the enterprise edition.

Diagrams, hardware recs, etc.

Details of the template engine, report creator, import / export functions and any general documentation that didn't quite fit into the User or Technical manuals.
